The Design Process:
1. Consultation (in your home)
- Your Designer will collect data to document the existing conditions of your home (measurements, photographs, etc.).
- This meeting includes a discussion, in detail, design ideas and other important information to create a space that is personally and perfectly created for you.
- Upon leaving this meeting, your Designer will compile the information collected to create the exiting new designs for your space.
2. Design Meeting (in your home)
- Your Designer will present your existing plans and two new designs!
- You will receive assistance in narrowing your options to one perfect plan.
- Further discussion will be had, to help acquire realistic budget to execute your new design.
- Upon leaving this meeting, your Designer will make any necessary changes to your plans and get busy writing your Project Specifications.
3. Specifications Meeting (in your home)
- You will receive your Project Specifications – the written “assembly instructions” for your fabulous remodeling project!
- Your Designer will explain each specification in detail and present photos of fixtures and finishes to be included in your project.
- Your Designer will share with you a realistic cost range for your project.
- You will have the opportunity to discuss and ask questions about your Project Specifications, and make minor changes as necessary.
- The completed Project Packet is yours to keep!
